❓ How do I add a child profile?

Go to the Dashboard and tap 'Add Child'. Enter your child's name, age, grade, and country to get started.

❓ Can I add multiple children?

Yes! You can add upto 3 children profiles as you need from the Dashboard. Each child has their own progress, XP, and badges.

❓ What subjects does Learnatopia cover?

Learnatopia covers Math, Science, History, Social Studies, Reading & Writing, with adaptive difficulty based on your child's grade and level.

❓ What is Treasure Hunt mode?

Treasure Hunt is a fun game mode where your child journeys through 4 magical stages, answering questions from all subjects to collect rewards and bonus XP.

❓ How does the AI hint system work?

During quizzes, your child can ask for an AI-generated hint to help understand the question. Hints are tailored to their grade level.

❓ A quiz question seems incorrect. What can I do?

Use the 'Report' button (flag icon) visible on any question to submit feedback. Our team reviews all reports and corrects errors.

❓ How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Parent Settings page or by contacting our support team.

❓ How do I delete my account?

Go to Parent Settings and scroll to the bottom. You'll find an option to delete your account and all associated data permanently.
